Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch therapy that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. In a fully-clothed, 60 minute session, the practitioner locates restrictions in the body and helps facilitate release in muscles, fascia, and structural tensions. Craniosacral therapy allows the entire body to relax and enter into its natural ability to self correct.

Personalized Group Retreats

 Partnering with my best friend, Erin Leake, we are offering quarterly retreats for small groups of 4 to 8 people. It is our desire to create safe, authentic community through a variety of personalized options. You will have the opportunity to reconnect with your core self through bodywork, good food, short teaching sessions, movement, silence, sharing, creative outlets, and time in nature.

You will come away with easy to implement tools of self care and awareness – allowing you to continue your journey of healing and wholeness in your day to day.

I am also available to help plan a solo rest and recenter day or weekend for you that can include bodywork or coaching sessions.
