We can work with the modalities of CranioSacral Therapy, Esalen Massage Therapy, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Shadow Work, Dream Tending, your preferred Spiritual Path, and Transformational Life Coaching skills.

We can work together to uncover your deepest desires, identify and work with your blockages, pain, dysfunction of BodyMindSpirit, dysregulation of your nervous system, and help you uncover your inner wisdom to heal, free, and align your BodyMindSpirit with your Soul Essence and Purpose.
