Dear Valued Clients:
The state of the world is difficult for many of us to be present to. I want to take a moment to reassure you that I value you, your health, your thoughts and emotions during this time.
I believe bodymindspirit therapy is especially beneficial as we navigate the way forward. Through this time of global distress, bodymindspirit therapy can help strengthen your immune system and promote healing by reducing stress and creating opportunities to rest, release, observe, receive and move in your ability to heal and self correct.
After attending my third session at Pacifica Graduate Institute in the Trauma Certificate program, I am more inspired than ever to continue creating spaces for individuals and groups to heal and integrate within themselves. In turn, as we heal and integrate our own bodymindspirit, my hope is that we will see and facilitate that integration and healing in our external world: family, community, country, continent, world. It begins within before it can be reflected without.
I will continue seeing clients while using the precautions necessary to ensure my health and yours. If you have specific questions or concerns, feel free to email me at email@example.com or text at 559-372-9021.
- If you don’t want to sit in the waiting room, please feel free to stay in your car, text me that you are here and I will text you when I am ready for you in my treatment room. If you want to be let in the back door to avoid any contact with the waiting room, please let me know and I will unlock the back door for you.
- I thoroughly wash my hands before and after each client.
- All my laundry is washed in hot water with OxyClean and changed between clients.
- All surfaces, door handles and contact areas are disinfected between clients.
Please don’t hesitate to cancel or reschedule sessions as you need during this time. I hope we continue to find safe ways to connect to Self, Spirit, Earth and Others when our survival instincts may be screaming isolate, hide, or ignore. If you need suggestions or direction in navigating self care and emotions through the next few months, feel free to email or chat with me about it during session.
