WHO?
Women or women identifying humans (LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities welcome) who are on a healing or evolutionary journey needing additional support contacting and living from wholeness and freedom. Come with longing for more in an area of your sexuality, love, empowerment, spirituality, embodiment, etc. We will hone in on the goal together.
ONLY 3 spaces available for this one on one coaching container this fall.
WHAT?
Nine sessions in 3 months (Sept – Nov 2022)
Sessions are 1 1/2 hours long: one on one
Text support in between sessions
Practices designed to support the work we do in session. These can range from breathwork, pleasure practices, embodiment practices, meditations, client directed action steps, etc.
WHEN?
Start in September 2022. End in November 2022. Three month commitment.
WHERE?
Zoom or in person at my Visalia Office
PREREQUISITE:
The work together will be more meaningful if you are already on an evolutionary or healing journey. If you have experienced therapy, self reflection, spiritual practices, or bodywork/embodiment practices you will be able to dive into the work a little deeper. My work powerfully supports healers, creatives, practitioners, spiritual leaders, bodyworkers, therapists, entrepreneurs to take their personal and professional practices to the next level.
